     SpectroPyrometer是最新一代的智能高温计,它是非接触式测量高温的仪表,当被测量的温度高於热电偶所能使用的范围,以及热电偶不可能装置或不适宜装置的场所,它特别适合于被测物的相对发射率不断变化的场合,而且可以耐受各种恶劣的使用环境,它广泛地用来测量冶炼、浇铸、轧钢、玻璃熔窖、锻打、热处理等温度,是冶金、化工和机械等工业生产过程中不可缺少的温度测量仪表之一.

     主要特点:

    传统的双色高温计需要知道被测物的相对发射率,同时任何导致信号强度改变的烟雾粉尘都会影响温度测量的准确性. SpectroPyrometer是最新一代的智能高温计,它同时监测数百个波长的热辐射, 烟雾粉尘或其它环境影响非常小,可以忽略.通过专家系统,可以实时计算出被测物的温度及其公差,不需要预先知道被测物的相对发射率,而且被测物的相对发射率在测量过程中发生变化时, 专家系统可以自动补偿计算出正确的温度.
